         MDL Cart Services is not responsible for any of our merchandises as MDL Cart services does not produce/makes any of our merchandises. MDL Cart Services buys Wheels, Belts, Handels, Bumpers, Tags, Signs, from a third party. MDL Cart Services is only responsible for the labor that any of MDL Cart Services team member does in any of our customer's product such as but not limited to; Shopping Carts, U-carts, L-carts, Heavy Duty Carts, Pallet Jack. MDL Cart Services is not responsible of any damage that is made to carts or any of the product that MDL Cart Services installs once MDL Cart Services team member leaves the work site. MDL Cart Services is not responsible for any vandalism such as but not limited to; spray paint, stolen wheels, Run Overs ETC, done to our customer's merchandises before or after the job is done.

MDL Cart Services Signs

        MDL Cart Services is not responsible for signs that are or will be vandalized, or damaged by our clients customers.  MDL Cart Services will not be responsible for any damage to signs due to the weather such as but not limited to; The Sun, Wind, Rain, Snow, Rust, Flood, Earthquake, Fire, ETC.

        MDL Cart Services will only be responsible if any of the signs fall within 30 days of installation. MDL Cart Services will only replace signs if any of the bolts and nuts were not placed correctly.

       MDL Cart Services is not responsible if anything important is thrown away as MDL Cart Services will only pick up what our costumer wants us to throw away. MDL Cart Services is not responsible for any Vidal information is thrown or lost, such as but not limited to; paper work or electronic work.
